10) The Civil Grand Jury actively engages in gathering data, and investigations can become taxing in terms of energy as well as time. On a scale of one to ten, with ten being best, how would you rate your health?

11) Grand jurors must devote an average of 20-25 hours per week to Grand Jury Service for the entire year of service. Some weeks jurors might need to devote more than that amount. Are you able to devote that amount of time, understanding that much of that time will need to occur during normal business hours?
